The Experience
Most cocktail classes use pre-made mixes and mid-range spirits. We don't. Every drink you make here is built on fresh, quality ingredients — because that's the only way to learn what a cocktail is actually supposed to taste like, and the only way to recreate it at home. With class sizes of 6–18 guests catered for, the atmosphere is relaxed, social and genuinely fun. Our hosts have lived and worked internationally, which makes for warm, sharp conversation and the kind of teaching that sticks, because it's interesting, as well as instructional.
